Out To Sea and Pam Fisher

It is with great sorrow and sadness that we announce that Out to Sea, also known as Sailor, owned and ridden by Pam Fisher, slipped on a turn between fences during the Preliminary Horse division at the Bit of Britain/USEA American Eventing Championships held at Lamplight Equestrian Center on September 11. Out To Sea incurred an irreparable injury resulting in his being euthanized at the Kendall Road Equine Hospital in Elgin, Illinois. No doubt that this tragedy touched many people that love and support Pam. I am especially proud of you Pam, for having the strength and courage to ride Sea Lion in the cross country a short time later. Sailor will not be forgotten.
